The aim of this project is to develop an innovation in the field of ski preparation. For this purpose, a device has been designed as well as built which can simultaneously grind both ski edges in a single work step. Furthermore, the prototype can operate independently of the power grid, allowing it to be used independent of the location and making it perfect to take it with you to a ski area. Additionally, the device is profitable for private individuals, ski clubs and hotels. No special expertise is required to operate the device. In addition, care was taken during the construction to ensure that the prototype has a compact and portable size.
